Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully, by using this website and/or placing an order you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

 

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are entering into an agreement to purchase an item and are subject to the following terms and conditions.

 

When placing an order you must ensure that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse an order.

 

Dispatch and Delivery

 

All furniture items are available for delivery to any address in mainland England & Wales. For delivery to Scotland & Ireland, please contact us for a quote.

We use a trusted family run Antique furniture courier for deliveries. All drivers are uniformed and carry identification. All furniture will be wrapped and strapped down for safe transport and is insured during transit.

Once an order has been placed, you will be contacted directly by the courier company who will advise you as to the date and time of delivery. Please let us know your contact number when placing your order.

 

If you choose to arrange shipping of your purchase, please contact us direct to arrange.

 

Other items

 

All other items are shipped within 3 business days. All items will be sent using the tracked and signed service. Please allow up to three weeks for international shipping during busy times.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are listed for each item. If you destination is not listed please contact us for a shipping quote.

 

Returns

If your purchase is returned to us it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for all of the postage costs to have the item/s resent.  We will provide a full refund once any item is received back and it is in the same condition in which it was sent.

 

We make every effort to provide you with accurate descriptions of products and condition.

We value your business and customer satisfaction is very important to us. We have full confidence in all of our products but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

Data Retention

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
